Billing and terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in EUR. VAT is added where applicable based on your location and status. You may cancel any plan at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Enterprise contracts include a separate SLA and support schedule.

Estimating value

A quick rule-of-thumb: if improved routing trims even 3–10 basis points of slippage on a typical session, the subscription can pay for itself on modest volumes. Estimate using your own fills: compare realized vs. expected price, then attribute execution vs. model edge. Keep it methodical, not aspirational.

Example: on €4,000,000 monthly notional, a 5 bps slippage improvement equates to €2,000. That is based on your own records; numbers are illustrative only.

What happens after I click “Start Free Paper”?

You get access to a paper environment that mirrors our live routing logic without placing real orders. We collect your name and email to send setup details and a short walkthrough. No credit card is required for the paper tier.

Do plans include exchange or broker fees?

No. Venue fees, maker/taker schedules, and brokerage costs are separate and payable to your provider. Our pricing covers the execution stack, risk guardrails, and support as described.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal to protect log retention and routing limits.

How is data handled during trials and paid use?

We store necessary telemetry for reliability and security, including IP address, device details, and usage metrics. Lead and demo data include name, email, phone, and message. Full details and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.

Is support available during major market events?

Desk plan customers receive phone support during trading hours, including scheduled macro events. We do not guarantee availability during outages of third-party venues, but circuit breakers and idempotent calls help contain impact.
